About B.
Originally from Texas, B. has spent the past 12 years in the LA/OC area, dedicating five of those years to cultivating her eclectic style as an open-format DJ. She blends electronic, house, hip-hop, trap, baile, K-pop, and much more, bringing energy and versatility to each of her sets. Her diverse sounds have taken her to numerous distinguished clubs and events across the West Coast, South, and even over international waters to Vietnam. Most notably, B. was featured in the lineup for LA’s Head In the Clouds music festival in 2022 and 2023. Privately, she has collaborated with various brands and companies, including Meta, 88Rising, Poparazzi, and Steezy. B. is also a member of SoulCtrl, a genre-fluid event and mix series based in LA, founded by fellow ACODJ alumni J.III. Her unrestricted mixing style aims to provide something for everyone while also finding moments to introduce new global sounds to the audience.

B.'s academy of djs story
With no prior experience, a background in dance, and an intense aversion to stagnation after college, she joined ACODJ during Season 7. After establishing herself as a local club DJ, she returned as a counselor for Seasons 10 and 11, helping those who were once in her shoes, eventually becoming the first female mentor for Season 13.
Through ACODJ, B. has been able to give back to the community that fostered her creative endeavors and helped establish her path in a male-dominated industry.
She hopes to continue sharing her knowledge and experiences to nurture and guide the next generation of DJs.
