Watch with an open mind and heart and challenge yourself to understand one man's life that might not align with yours, what he has learned, the points that he is trying to make, and how to apply these things to your own life.

INTERVIEWS:

Complete your S14 CLASS interviews! (Due 6/11)

Instructions: Have a minimum 10-minute conversation with each classmate and get to know each other
Questions you can ask: Where are you from/where did you grow up? What’s your family like? What’s your favorite food? Who is your favorite DJ? Why did you sign up for ACODJ?
Meeting ideas: Buy the same boba, have a boba Zoom call, play a Zoom drinking game (if that’s your thing), have a meal or do a fun activity

Task: List a minimum of (5) bullet points from your conversation

Record your interviews with the sheets in the Homework Upload Drive. To get to the interview sheets, go to the drive, select "Week 0", and select "Interview Sheets". Find the doc with your name and fill out notes from your interviews there!

Interview Management: DHO, JEFF, & JASPER (Due by 6/18) Staff interview sheets will be in "Week 2" folder in the Homework Upload Drive.

IDENTIFY:

Using the 2 songs provided in the Week 1 Downloads link:

Identify the song sections using the terms: Intro, Verse, Chorus, Outro, Buildup
Identify how many beats, bars and 8-counts are in each.

Example: 0:00 – 0:30: Intro. 8 bars, 4 8-counts, 32 beats
0:30-1:00: Verse. 16 bars, 8 8-counds, 64 beats
Etc.

Record your findings on the sheets in the Week 1 folder of the Homework Upload Drive. To get to the sheets, go to the drive, select "Week 1". Find the doc with your name and fill out answers there!
