Jo $way joined the Academy of DJs with a desire to grow alongside a community of creatives who share his passion for the art of DJing. Getting the call from Soso Jeff confirming his spot in Season 17 was one of his proudest moments. During his time at ACODJs, he found more than just technical skills—he found a family. From late-night B2B sessions at the studio to post-class hangouts, meals, and cheering on alumni at their gigs, every experience helped deepen his love for the craft. He cherishes the bond with his Season 17 classmates. Some of his favorite memories during his time were watching the alumni perform at Mahal, pre-gaming at Lucy's, and celebrating Chioma's birthday at Chochella. Above all, he’s deeply grateful to the staff for their time, guidance, and commitment to helping him grow as a DJ.
